Picked this up mainly for pain management. Been using it for about a week across different times of day. the Pain reduction was noticeable within the first 10–15 minutes. Took the edge off my lower back pain. Didn’t feel heavy or overly sedating
Overall: a very good daytime option if you’re looking to reduce pain without being wiped out. Probably not ideal if you need strong, long lasting relief. -
