2. Authorization Hold
2.1 Purpose of Hold: When you book a consultation, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card. This hold is not a charge but a temporary hold on the funds to secure your booking.
2.2 Hold Amount: The amount held will be clearly stated at the time of booking. This amount will be fully refundable after your consultation, provided you adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your consultation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, the authorization hold will be released, and no charges will be made to your card.
- Within 24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your consultation within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, the held amount will be charged to your card and will not be refunded.
3.2 Rescheduling Policy:
- More than 24 Hours Before Appointment: You may reschedule your consultation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time without any penalty. The authorization hold will remain in place until the new consultation is completed.Within 24 Hours Before
- Appointment: Rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time. If you attempt to reschedule within this period, the held amount will be charged to your card and will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund of Authorization Hold: After your consultation, the authorization hold will be released, and the funds will be returned to your account. Please note that it may take a few days for the release to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. No-Shows
5.1 No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation and have not cancelled or rescheduled according to our policies, the held amount will be charged to your card and will not be refunded.
6. Payment Disputes
